Hi,

Please tell us about the MSS of CC3100/CC3200.

MSS(Maximum Segment Size) for sending data using TCP is 1460bytes.(sl_send commnad)

MSS(Maximum Segment Size) for reveiving data using TCP is 16000bytes.(sl_Recv command)

My thinking correct?

If the MSS has transmitted the data 16000bytes over the transmission side,

Do you want the data communication by dividing automatically to fit the 16000bytes within?

MSS for sending data is 1460B - I'll check for 'sl_recv' and get back.

I don't think I understood the second part of your question - Can you please elaborate?

Hamada,

MSS is specific to a TCP socket and it's set to 1460B (for both send and recv) on CC3x00 device.
