Hello,
I want to create a PCB footprint of CC3200 in KiCad. I tried to use the Ultra librarian software to generate the footprint. But I could not be able to find the CAD file (.bxl) of the CC3200. Can anyone help in this?
Regards,
Robin

The CC3200 uses a standard QFN package. Did you try searching the web for a 9x9 QFN package footprint for Ki-CAD? We do not have the bxl file for the CC3200.
Hi Prajay,
I get CC3200_RGC_64.bxl and export it to Altium with TI tool Ultra Librarian, and the result was this...
You can see that TI Library is not equal to Layout Recomendation of TI (pads, solder mask, power pads, etc...)
Can you shared with the community the correct footprint for Altium according to Layout recommendations?.
By the way, there are a lot of poeple in TI CC3200 Forum that want the schematics and PCB in Altium format, do you know when TI is going to launch it?.
Best regards,
Jose.
The footprint for Altium is not available currently. But we will soon launch a new reference design in Altium towards the starting of next year. Till then you would need to import the cad drawing /footprint from the Cadence database..
Hi,
Did you released an ALTIUM reference design for the CC3200 launch board ?
