It was really great to see all the stuff that was included in the service pack you all just released - great stuff. The most important feature that is needed, to make this a viable solution for large-scale deployments in the field, remains the ability to do OTA (over the air) updates. It is one of the best feature that Electric Imp offers - you really need it as well. A USB update process is really only viable in very low volume, very static applications.
How can we support getting the word to your managers about how important that missing feature is, to allow you developers to get to work on in ASAP?
