All,

I am trying to download the Simplink App from the Google play store, however, it doesn't seem to work.

1. The app doesn't appear in the play store when I search for it

2. When I find the app in a browser, it indicates: "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

3. I don't understand why my device is incompatible. I have a nexus 7 running 4.4.4, which is greater than what the app is requestion (4.0 and up).

If you have any suggestions as to what my device is missing or where the incompatibility lies I would be very appreciative.

This issue is unlikely to be an issue caused by the uninstalled app, but issues with your Android setup or config. Read the many posts on the Internet for details.

Hi Nathan,

This is a known issue in the current app and we are trying to get it fixed in the next release.

In the meanwhile, please download the app from here and install it manually.
