Is XCC3200JR a preproduction chip or production chip?

Hi, 

1. In the document "CC3200-SDK_Release_Note.pdf" of CC3200SDK_1.0.0, page of 6 says that the XCC3200JR is a production device.

2. In the CC3200 document: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/swas032e/swas032e.pdf, page of 61 says that those with the 'X' prefix are the pre-production device.

So which description is right? Is there any difference between "pre-production" and "pre-release"? And if the XCC3200JR is the production device, then what's the difference between CC3200R1M1/M2?
