I upgraded to your latest service pack but it does not seem to work with the 0.5.2.0 drivers.
Trying to revert back to the service pack that came with the 0.5.2.0 drivers does not work.
IS THIS NOT POSSIBLE?

Hi Nadim,
ServicePack 1.0.0.1.2 can only be used with SDK 1.0.0. If you need to use SDK 0.5.2 for a specific reason, please visit the 0.5.2 Release Notes page to get the ServicePack 0.5.2.0.1. Please be sure you format the flash before putting the service pack on.
Hello Victor,
Is it possible to revert back to 0.5.2?
I did try and could not get to work. Thanks.
Hi Nadim,
Like I said before: to flash a different version of service pack, you need to format the flash.
The legacy SDK with the matching legacy servicepack should work. Also please check if your SDK directory is not overwritten by the new SDK during installation.
Please elaborate what is not working.
Hi again Victor,
the main reason I want to revert back is because trying to port the latest driver code compatible with the latest service pack seems to be broken.
There are some circular references I hit when trying to compile the code and did not want to go through this path due to my work load presently.
I will try once more to reapply the older service pack as per your suggestion, but I would appreciate if you could make sure that the latest SDK code compiles cleanly in your environment. It is possible that the issue is from my side, but having done the port for the previous SDK went quite smooth.
Thanks.
Hi Nadim,
The latest SDK has been verified to be working. One direct way to check is to compile a SDK example application and see if things are running fine. It could be your project setting that causes compilation error.
Hi Nadim,
You should know the flash size on your board. The default flash that came with the launchpad is 8Mbit (1MByte).
None of the options should be selected. Those options will be removed in the future release.
