Is the CC3200-LAUNCHXL launchpad available with the final version of cc3200 chip?

I mean, that for a while it was only available with the pre-production silicone.

Is it the final product now? Because on TI's estore there isn't any warning about this.

And another question. Is Keil uVision is supported for this device?
