Uniflash blocks on "INFO: getting storage list"

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, CC3200, CC3100

Hello,

with my device the uniflash tool blocks on the "getting storage list" step...

Any idea ?

The same device is unable to start as Access Point.

  • Can you format the serial flash with UniFlash and then try re-adding the service pack? Or do you get the same issue?

Does it have issues with Access Point mode when setting via the code, when you are debugging? (Setting the jumpers for AP will not work except for the out of box example)

    Glenn.

  • Hi,

Please provide more details on the setup.

    1. what device are you using? CC3100 BoosterPack or CC3200 LaunchPad? what versions?
    2. what is the jumper settings?
    3. can you provide snapshot of the device manager? what COM ports are openned and what COM port are you using for Uniflash connection?
    4. can you provide Console window of Uniflash while flashing?
    5. If you are using CC3200 LaunchPad, please verify SOP2 jumper is connected during programming.
    6. make sure no other application (e.g. terminal emulation) is connected to the same COM port
    7. Are you able to work in debug mode using CCS/IAR?
