We bought cc3100boost and cc31xxemuboost pack almost 5 months back. but it was not working from the very first day and OOB demo also ran just for one time. we tried each and every alternative that we were asked to when we posted our problem in Simplelink forum. Recently a seminar was held here in Delhi in November, where one of your TI providers told us that the board is faulty and you should get it replaced. We called customer care service @000-800-100-8888. they told us to mail at your id tiasia@ti.com . we mailed our problem twice but still no response was given from your side.(DATE :1st December and 24th December)
Because of no response from your service department ,we loss couple of our projects. Its been 4 months that we are seeking help from your side. Sorry to say ,but you have zero TI customer service support . If you will not respond this time, We would have to go to higher authorities regarding this issue. We hope that you would not disappoint us this time and will show a positive reply to this discussion.
