Interfacing EM18 RFID reader module with CC3200

Hello,

I tried to interface EM18 module with my arduino wherein the pin connections where RS232 going to RX pin of arduino. Here I want to read an RFID tag wherein I am using cc3200 + energia. I connected the same RS232 of reader to p1.3, p4.9 and other RX pin as well. but I am not able to serially receive any data. 

Let me know if I need to do any jumper settings or so. or I am connecting to a wrong pin.
