CC3200 sensor_profile example won't connect to AP with WPA

I'm having trouble getting the sensor_profile example to work with my CC3200 launchpad. It doesn't seem to be able to connect to my access point that is using WPA security. I can connect successfully using the 'email' example, and I'm using exactly the same values for SSID_NAME, SECURITY_TYPE (SL_SEC_TYPE_WPA), and SECURITY_KEY for both the 'email' and 'sensor_profile' examples. I have no problems with the 'email' example, but when I run the 'sensor_profile' example it says that it is trying to connect to the correct SSID name, but then times out and tries again, never with any success. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Andy,

There is a programming bug in the code that may be causing this issue. Please replace following line in WlanConnect() function
Replace
secParams.KeyLen = sizeof(secParams.Key);
with
secParams.KeyLen = strlen((const char *)secParams.Key);

Hi Andy,

Where are you defining SSID, Key and security type? Make sure all these define in main.c not in common.h

Yes they are defined in main.c as follows:

#define SSID_NAME "SSID" /* AP SSID */
#define SECURITY_TYPE SL_SEC_TYPE_WPA/* Security type (OPEN or WEP or WPA*/
#define SECURITY_KEY "password" /* Password of the secured AP */

Hi Andy,

Increase the timeout value and try as AP may be taking long time to connect.

I upgraded to the latest SDK and service pack per your suggestion and now the sensor_profile example is working properly.
