Hello,

I am a student, using a cc3200 MCU for a IoT School project where I wish to read and display temp,humidity,water level,and send emails to the user about the status of this using exosites. I have no expirience with exosites, and the only sample code I have seen uses TI-RTOS. My applicarion does not use RTOS, is there a way to implement this without using rtos, if so how? and also any other solutions out of exosites is welcome!

Hi Andreas,

I do not think the Exosite example is using TI-RTOS, I do not see any of the SYS/BIOS includes in the main.c - github.com/.../main.c

So looks like you already have what you want.

ok, So I thought that these lines of code:

    osi_TaskCreate(ProvisioningAP, (signed char*)"ProvisioningAP",OSI_STACK_SIZE, NULL, APP_TASK_PRIORITY, &g_ProvisioningAP );

    osi_start();

are they rtos enabling lines?

represented Ti-RTOS.

osi_* calls are wrapper layer for OS.

It looks like the Exosite example is using Free RTOS and not TI-RTOS....and it may be able to be configured for bare metal.....but I have just had a quick look at the code.
