Hi All
I try to use a 9v battery and down to 3.3 v using potential meter to give power to CC3200 as external source.
However, when I connected to the board. It seems not working.
May I know what happened?
Thanks
Heng

Hello Heng,
Yes it would work if you use a regulator to provide the 3.3V supply. But using an LDO would cause lot of power wastage, if you want better efficiency you should use an siwtching regulator (a buck DCDC from 9V to 3.3V). That would make sure the current from the battery is low.
