I am using the CC3200 Launchpad. The datasheet makes reference to current consumption graphs dependent on the different power levels of the device. Is there a way to change the power consumption profile of the chip? Specifically, can I reduce the current consumed to 50mA if I am not worried about the wireless range of the device?
If this is not possible, what will happen if I only supply 50mA to the chip? Will the code run properly?
