CC3200 Camera Booster Pack

My understanding was TI was going to release a Camera Booster Pack for CC3200. But it doesn't seem to have materialized?? Where else can I buy this product? I am interested in setting up the CC3200 as a web server for video streaming.

Second question is what resulution and frame rate can be achieved using the booster pack.
