Processing unsigned long long variable create issues on TI RTOS

Hi

I am working on TI RTOS running on CC3200 TI chipset.

I am seeing very strange behavior with processing unsigned long long variables,  Its creating run time errors and board gets rebooted after sometime. We are using compiler Version TI v5.1.6.

Is it something related to 32bit or 64bit compilation, we are seeing unnecessary paddings on structures because of this. can you suggest us what could be the issue, is there something we need to change in Project Compilation ,some compilation options we need to add while Building the project.?

Please help us to get through this,i would appreciate any kind of help with this.
