Am running a monoshot timer in GPIO Interrupt handler and toggling a GPIO on timer Interrupt handler. I get GPIO get toggled twice when I said load value 0 to 1ms , most of the times.
Please help me fix this Issue .

This is the zoomed waveform .I doubt more  in the timer interrupt than the GPIO Interrupt . when I said timer load value to 0 to 4ms am getting my timer Interrupt handler called twice , am not sure whether GPIO Interrupt is starting timer twice . or Timer itself running Twice .. Help me with your suggestions ...........................

Can we take a step back and detail what sort of behavior you want to accomplish here? perhaps you can clear the timer at the GPIO interrupt

Hi Aaron,     I need to toggle a GPIO after a delay(configured  through CLI) on a GPIO Interrupt. So What am doing is I am starting a timer with delay value loaded. On timer interrupt am toggling a GPIO ?

How can I clear timer at GPIO interrupt ?

Is this for a button or something? Since it doesn't happen consistently, is there a debounce on the button if so?
