WiLink 8 as a Wi-Fi Range Extender

Hi all,

I am trying to extend the range of my Wi-Fi router. Is this possible to do using the WiLink 8 module? What I'm looking to do is connect the module to my Wi-Fi router and then connect my device to the WiLink 8 module.

Please suggest some modules if there are better ones by TI.
