How to add a default web page to the CC3200?

Hi,

I have implemented web pages for the CC3200 and it works by typing at the client: 192.168.1.1/some_web_page.html.

I want to store a web page on the CC3200 which will be the default web page for the web server. It should be accessible by just typing: http://some_domain_name.net. Can someone please tell me how this can be done?

I have seen this discussion. But it does not seem to talk about the default web page for the CC3200. Is it main.html?

Hi,

See, HTTP Server section at "CC3100\CC3200 SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi® Network Processor Subsystem Programmer's Guide doc", to get relevant information about this.

"Default Web Page

In case the HTTP GET does not contain any resource name (for example, /), the HTTP web server looks
for the following filenames in this order:
1. Index.html
2. Main.html
The server first checks them on the serial flash, and then in the internal web page."
