P2P example for multiple cc3200 network

Dear all,

could I use P2P example in order to establish communication between more than 2 clients or the number of client is limited to 1 (in this case 2) as for AP example?

I would like to establish a network of cc3200 devices without the aid of an external router,

Does this mean you can only have 1 * CC3200 connected as a client to a Wifi Group in P2P mode?

The document 'SWRU368A: CC3100/CC3200 SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi ® Internet-on-a-Chip (Revised March 2016)', page 66, says 'P2P device can join an existing P2P group' but I am having trouble getting this to work. Could it be that CC3200 P2P only works with a single client and will not join an existing group?
