how to use backports?

I have downloaded backports-3.14-1,so i am very confused about backports,although i have acceess the website.

Hi,

Can you please give more details? Which host processor? Which WiLink device? Where is it downloaded from?
You can refer to this page for the linux build instructions of the wl18xx drivers.
