according to an answer I got from TI Quality team:

The data matrix in the top left corner of the labels found on CC3100MODR11MAMOBx devices contains the same information found in the date / trace code found on the lower left corner (formatted as YWWFFFFSSSS). As such the code will change with every lot of material produced.

2, I want to know the meaning of YWWFFFFSSSS.

　 Date (ex. January.19.2016)?

Hi Kozo,

I don't work for TI, so I can't help further I'm afraid. Since it wasn't a MAC address it wasn't what I wanted and didn't investigate further.

Hi kazo-san,

The Data Matrix on the top right-hand corner contains the YWWFFFFSSSS information:

"Y": Year code, if "2011" need show "1".
"WW": Week code
"FFFF": M203 (Location Code) ----- Fixed
"SSSS": hex; Serial number, will reset to "0001" each week.
