I'm using the DK-TM4C123G along side the CC2564MODNEM Bluetooth module. I'm working on the A3DP_SNK Demo from the examples that are provided. my question is I've been trying to connect speakers to the microcontroller/bluetooth module but can't figure out how to do it so I can have proper audio stream. My question is can speakers be connected with this set-up to use the A3DP demo to steam audio from a cellular phone.

I meant which device will be used to playback audio. Will the speaker be connected to the BT Module or TM4C?

TM4C does not have an I2S audio interface. The closest are 2 options

1. PWM timer output to emulate audio interface
2. I2S emulation over SSI

Each one has its own limitations and advantages.

Hello Amit,

Will this approach work if I'm only using the DK-TM4C123G and CC2564MODNEM with the COMM-09151 speakers?
or is the PWM timer output to emulate audio interface an easier option with this setup. If it is can you give me an idea on how to start with this option.

Hello Reynaldo,

I cannot say for sure, but it should work between the TLV and TM4C123 device.

A PWM timer would be limited in the bit resolution and quality of the output.
