I did a stupid thing, I forget my password to access the CC3200! And I try to use Uniflash to OOB but its still remain the same situation. What should I do? Or i just did it wrong about using Uniflash to OOB.

Did you try to format CC3200 with UniFlash then program the OOB project again ?

When using Uniflash, make sure you drill down into the appropriate config sections. For instance, any WiFi station settings will be under "Profile".
