JFlash Project File for cc3200

I have a .bin file for my project and want to download it to CC3200 wireless MCU through J-FLash. But it requires " .jflash" (J Flash project file) for the target device i.e CC3200. I can't find it online. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi,

As I know J-FLash software is for downloading code into MCU with internal flash memory. But inside CC3200 is not internal flash. CC3200 use external serial flash memory. From this reason I expect that J-FLash cannot be used. For initial programming of CC3200 can be used Uniflash software.

Jan is correct - currently the CC3200 system is flash programmed using the Uniflash GUI or Uniflash command line. If you want to develop, you can use CCS or IAR

Thanks for the reply. But i got script file provided by J-link for CC3200. It's working fine now.
