Ya, sorry to ask this, here in rtc_set(); api input is given only in secs & nsecs, but i cant understand what has to be given for secs? and nsec?
and where can i get the values of secs and nsec??

thats my issue here, how to send the seconds to RTC , by using which API i can set?? If it is rtc_set(); in that two inputs were there, which one i have to give secs or nsec??

Where did you see rtc_set(); API? I normally use the RTC API's in PRCM.
There is an API call PRCMRTCSet(unsigned long ulSecs, unsigned short usMsec), you can pass Seconds and for a more accurate count Miliseconds too, normally I just pass seconds to the function. Previous to use that API you need to do some previous configurations.

Also there is info in the Texas Instruments libraries PRCM in the next directory C:\ti\CC3200SDK_1.1.0\cc3200-sdk\driverlib

In middleware/driver/hal/rtc_hal.c , here rtc_set();,get(); and init(); exist, have a look on it

I have looked at it and I think is a little bit more confusing than the library I say. In the one I say you just have to call a function where you say that the RTC is on use, register the interrupt handler, set the RTC count, set the alarm count and enable the interrupts.

PRCMRTCSet(Seconds, mSeconds);  //The count of Seconds and miliseconds (this is zero)

PRCMRTCMatchSet(AlarmSeconds, mSeconds);   //The count on which you want the interrupt gets triggered

PRCMIntEnable(PRCM_INT_SLOW_CLK_CTR);   //Enable the interrupts

I don't have the info about the library you say, sorry. I prefer to use the another one.

Apologies for delayed response, but I don't understand your confusion here. You can obtain the time-of-the-day information using NTP and pass it to the timer framework using API 'cc_rtc_set'

/* Setup the RTC initial value obtained from NTP */

init_time.secs = NTP_TIME_SECS;
init_time.nsec = NTP_TIME_NSECS;
cc_rtc_set(&init_time);
