SDK and Service Pack Compatibility

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3100, CC3200

Forgive me if I missed another thread that answers this.  Should I have any concerns flashing a service pack later than 1.0.0.10.0 while using SDK 1.1.0?

I am currently building with SDK 1.1.0 and not using a service pack.  When looking into the service packs, it appears if I flash servicepack-1.0.1.6-2.6.0.5, this will upgrade my SDK to 1.2?  According to processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3200-SDK_Release_Note_1.2.0.pdf , I found this statement:

"To upgrade from SDKv1.1.0 to SDKv1.2.0, servicepack “servicepack-1.0.1.6-2.6.0.5” needs to be flashed on CC3200. Service pack “servicepack-1.0.1.6-2.6.0.5” is hosted in CC3100_CC3200_ServicePack-1.0.1.6-2.6.0.5-windows-installer.exe downloadable from ... "

1. Am I correct to understand if I flash service pack 1.0.1.6-2.6.0.5, I will effectively have SDK 1.2?

2. Does the same hold true for the latest service pack, v1.0.1.6-2.7.0.0?

Thanks!
