Not an expert on Antenna design, but when you make changes to the stackup (even small ones) you will need to recalculate the trackwidth of the RF feed line trace. The width should be calculated to match 50Ohms impedance.

yup have done that its coming approx 50 ohm .i guess that should work

You also have some other options if you wish to validate your 50 ohm track width and ground proximity to the RF trace.
1) You can use a tool such as ADS/momentum where you can input your stackup and the details of the material (such as dielectric constant, thickness, loss tangent, etc). You can then simulate the S-parameters of your design and that will provide you the impedance over frequency.
2) Another option is to work with your board Vendor. They can also guide you as to what the appropriate gap and trace width should be to maintain 50 ohms based on your stack-up.
