A : CC31xx and CC3200 support ASCII printable characters (0x20 to 0x7E).

    Basically, there is no problem and you can use Chinese characters for example but there are limitation.

    1. It is bounded to 32 bytes, any bytes. But, if you use Chinese for example and it is UTF16 encoded, you would need to make sure it does not exceed 32 bytes
    2. It would not work if you add a profile from the default web pages of the device as it is treated as UTF16 (so some processing is applied on the data and it is not treated as binary stream)
