CC3200: Out-of-Box example not working in Station Mode

I used uniflash to to format CC3200 Launchpad. Then I ran out of box example from CCS.

I used SmartConfig and got the IP for the device. When I opened it from the browser the DEMO example didn't show up there. Does it mean I can't send user html files from CCS into launchpad?

HI David,

Provisioning with Smartconfig will not work for every access point. In order to get the device connected as a station, most of the examples in the SDK can be used as reference. For provisioning, please refer to the AP provisioning example add-on: www.ti.com/.../CC3200SDK

Hi Aaron,

I used SmartConfig and successfully got the IP for the device. When I opened it from the browser all tabs (mysimplelink, Status, Device Config, IP Config, Profiles, Tools) were there except for the DEMO example tab. Seems like provisioning works, it's just html files missing, do I understand it wrong?

Hi David,

You have to flash all of the webfiles in Uniflash for the Out Of Box example to correctly run it.
