Please let me confirm the following question.

Do you have any way to do the firmware updates without using OTA?

Once I returned the firmware to the factory image, but it could not do the OTA updates.

Hi Kaka,

You can connect to the device in order to flash updates, but there is no other wireless way to update besides OTA.

What issues or error codes are you seeing with your OTA?

Thank you for your response.
My iPhone did not show any error code on screen. It only show "Firmware Upgrage Process Failed".
Do you have any idea to update my SensorTag?

Do you see the same behavior when connecting the SensorTag to different networks? Were you able to perform the OTA once before?

Yes, I observed the same behavior when connecting the Wi-Fi sensortag to different network and using different OS(Android and iOS).

Yes, I could see the OTA was performed, but iPhone could not connect the Wi-Fi Sensortag at the re-connection phase of during OTA update, and showed the failed screen. After this, I could not perform the OTA.

Hi Kaka,

From my testing, I've always been able to perform the firmware update from version 0.98a with the latest SensorTag app on both iOS/Android.
If you haven't tried the update in different environments (i.e. at a home instead of at work) where there may be less Wi-Fi congestion, I recommend trying that.

Let me know if you are still having issues and I'll check on getting you a replacement. The platform is intended as a demo platform, so alternate methods for programming are not exposed.

I have exactly the same issue. My phone after connecting to Sensortag tryed to upgrade.
I saw on the devpack watch: OTA run, OTA set=0. then I saw: OTA error -15, 0 0 0 OTA err 0. If I confirm to try again, cycling endless. If I cancel this an d go to measure it works.

Any Ideas? I guess I got a faulty device.

Also Cloud URL tab in the Android application does not react at all.

Uniflash 3.4 could not connect with device, although serial port works fine.

@Kaka, have you succeed with the upgrade?
