WL1837MOD: HCI tester tool issue

We are using WL1837MOD chip on our custom board.We are trying to use HCI tester tool to measure the RF power.We were able to load the chip .xml file and detect the port.

We are facing issue in step4 of section 3.2 given below

After loading .bts file,we were able to see "BTSB" only and nothing else.once we try to copy the .bts file to .txt we were able to get "BTSB" only and unable to see any other data.

Then if we run the txt we are getting error as below.

Kindly help us in getting issue resolved.
