Do, you mean Cortex M4 as a host processor? That won't work.. You would need an Application Processor (typically Cortex A processors) with a HLOS, with 802..1 mac and IP layers..

If, you are looking for low bandwidth products (ex: IoT), you may want to check CC3120/CC3220 with a host MCU..

But it should be interface able to a TIVA processor. Also does this product come with ready to use software stack and example application to transfer data streams between WiLink and a host processor ?

Yes, CC3120/CC3220 have IP stack and please check the SDK :
