CC3200SDK_1.3.0 

I refer to https://developer.xively.com/docs/ti-cc3200#section-step-4-of-7-build-the-xively-c-client-library   bulid xively-client-c-1.2.5,but build error

Error :error #10008-D: cannot find file "C:/ti/xively-client-c-1.2.5/bin/cc3200/libxively.a"

please give some advice.
