CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: Provisioning without Android or iPhone

Part Number: CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3220SF, CC3200, UNIFLASH

I do not have Android or Apple phone. I may be able to use one. On the previous cc3200 launchpads I worked with a rebuilt Simplelink with my alterations for my network password and security and dhcp client mode or a fixed ip. And that was a few years ago, and it is gen2 not gen1. I would like to get cc3220sf Launchpad to come up on my development network from a saved configuration, so I can play with some programs without altering all the out of box file system. Get the app on spouse's phone and configure or what?
