Hi,

Currently I've my custom CC3200 board and CC3200 have some limitation.So I want to move to new CC3220 chip.Below is my queries-

1.Can I replace CC3200 with CC3220 chip directly? If not , then what changes I have to made in hardware side?

2. What is the difference between CC3220R,CC3220S and CC3220SF Chip? which is better?

3. Is it low power than CC3200?

    see link below for highlevel differences. The better one for your use case will  the one best suited for your application

    The CC3220 has lower hibernate and sleep current consumption as shown in the datasheet
