CC3200: Error Fomatting the serial flash

I am getting an error connecting to target message in CCS so I tried to format the serial flash and chose the capacity as 1 MB. But I'm getting following log of errors .I'm attaching snippet .

What should I do to overcome the problem.

    Hi Techinspired,

    Do you have the right COM port specified in Uniflash? Are you using a CC3200 launchpad? If you are using the launchpad, do you have the UART jumpers on J6/J7 on the 'FLASH' configuration? Do you have a jumper on J15, the SOP[2] signal?

    Thanks for your reply!

    Yes, I am using cc3200 Launchpad and specified the right COM port in Uniflash.  While formatting the flash, I have placed jumper on J6/J7 on the FLASH configuration and also put jumper J15 on SOP[2] signal.

    Can I try by choosing the format capacity as 2 MB or higher?
