WL1835MOD: Reference design DOC

Hi,
I need clarification regarding the WL1835MOD reference design.
Where I can find the WL1835MODCOM8B PCB Stack-Up?
I opened the reference files but this information is not present, not even in the .ASC file.
The BOM contained in the document "swru359e" and the "tidra27" document does not correspond to what is present in the "tidra26" and EVB WL1835MODCOM8B.
Both "swru359e" and "tidra27" require C7-C8 10pF capacitors, while EVB WL1835MODCOM8B they are not mounted and are mounted in C5-C6; In addition to this inaccuracy, are there other differences?
Is there an exact BOM that contains the components mounted on WL1835MODCOM8B that was used for the latest 2017 RED certification?

Hi,

Please disregard the previous (now deleted) post. The user manual contains information about the RF path on page 20.
I am working on getting information on the stack up for the whole board.

The core is standard FR-4 with Er=4,6?

And theprepreg specifications?

Hi Fabio,

My apologies for the delay as we gathered the additional info from the vendor.

The Core is TG140 and the PP is 7628+1080.

You can assume the ER of both the core and PP to be between 4.0 and 4.4
