Hi,

WL1835MOD datasheet mentions the max WLAN power consumption as 280mA in SISO mode. I hope that is on the VBAT rail. There is no mention of the current consumption on 1.8V VDDIO. Could you please let me know the max current consumption on VDDIO 1.8V rail? Is it different during normal and while calibrating as for VBAT? I see the current during calibration is ~850mA .

Hi Abin,

The IO current is based on the number of IOs that will be running in your application. if you look at the datasheet, Table 5.4 shows VoH and VoL and max 4mA. So depending on the IOs in use you can sue this as max per IO. There will be no effect of VIO current during calibration.
