CC3120MOD: Sample program for RTC

the RTC example would be for the MCU. in this case, the example would be for the MSP432 (if you are also using the MSP432 Wi-Fi Plugin)
there is an RTC example in the driverlib, easily looked at on Resource Explorer

the CC3120MOD has a 32.678kHz crystal (which is referred to as an RTC in the datasheet) - this is the slow clock, used during Hibernate and Shutdown (low power modes) - are you asking about it and its usage or an RTC for timekeeping in your application?

if you are asking about power management, the power measurement example in the plugin is there, for both non-OS and RTOS applications - if not, my previous post hopefully is what you want - or you need to refer to whichever MCU you are using.
