CC3220MOD: Module pull-down resistor values

What are the values of the pull-down resistors on the cc3220mod for the SOP pins? I'm trying to get my board into UARTLOAD_FUNCTIONAL_4WJ mode and am having a hard time getting it to do so. SOP0 is easily pulled low with a 100k resistor, SOP1 has a 220ohm resistor "attempting" to pull it up to 3.3V, but the pin only gets to 1.8V and SOP2 has a 2.7k resistor to ground but it still doesn't get pulled low....

Hi Andrew5821,

Please use a 270 ohm resistor for pull-up as shown in the image below.

SOP pins vary from input to output depending on what mode the device is operating. For more information on SOP pin behavior, please refer to section 16.8.6 of the Technical reference manual found at: http://www.ti.com/lit/swru465

Ok, then it appears I have everything correct now. The device programs and works, but won't keep the program after a power cycle. SOP pins are set to 010.
