CC3120MOD: Radio Certification for Japan region

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following question.
According to "CC3120MOD Approved Antennas" on the user's guide, CC3120MOD has some antennas which user can use. Can customeer use this antenna in Japan region without doing the any added test for radio certification?

Please contact your TCB for additional test needed if any and confirm if your layout and other specification meets the requirement for certification reuse

I understand that if customer used the antenna in test report, they will not do the additional test.
