CC3100: Not getting full outpower

Part Number: CC3100

Hi Support Team

Working with a customer who is not meeting the output power. Here is what they said, I will email you the schematics once you reply

We recently ran some RF pre-scans on our latest PCBA, and we found that our CC3100 conducted power levels are about much lower than expected.  Please see the pres-scan results shown below in the table.

Here's what we know about our settings:

- Max Tx Power Level 0

- Continuous Mode

We found an E2E post that seemed to describe a similar issue (but no clear resolution): https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless_connectivity/simplelink_wifi_cc31xx_cc32xx/f/968/t/561620

I've also attached our schematic, gerbers, BOM, and Hardware Checklist for reference.

We're kind of in the dark on this one.  We're not sure whether it's a hardware/firmware issue.

1. Any prior experience with customers facing a similar issue?

2. Can you recommend some tests we can run to help narrow in on the root cause?

 Regards

Jeff
