CC3200: GPIOs triggering due to DC noise in input

Part Number: CC3200

I have been trying to develop an AC Switch with Triac and CC3200. I used a CC3200 launchpad for prototyping and all went fine.

But when I built a custom PCB to prototype I used a 3.3v switching power supply. If an inductive load appliance like Motor (eg. Fan) is turned on, there is lot of noise in the DC input ground level. This triggers my GPIOs for a very short time causing unwanted triggering in the circuit. Is there a solution to this ? How do I check if I am using a good power supply? Is ther something which I can do to reduce the input ground noise ?
