Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3100, CC3120
Hi
We are struggling to connect to one of our customer HTTPS server using CC3200 Launchpad through WiFi. Their server uses "Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2" CA certificate TLS 1.2 method and TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 Cipher suit. We tried using all the available Cipher suits combinations in CC3200 but connection failed.
Then for to test https we tried connect to google using Equifax CA certificate and SL_SEC_MASK_TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA cipher suit, connection is successful. But when i tried to use Google Internet Authority G2 CA certificate, connection failed.I think that also require TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 Cipher suit which is not available in CC3200.
Is there any option to select cipher suit automatically?
What are the possible to solutions to solve this issue from CC3200 side? Changing server configuration is not at all possible every time. or do we have to move to other solutions. Please reply.
Regards
Honey
