in the table5-2 of SWRS166.
According to the description in Capter 15.3.10 of SWRU367, the following are the sources for MCU hibernate mode:
• PRCM_HIB_SLOW_CLK_CTR: Slow clock counter
• PRCM_HIB_GPIO2: GPIO 2
• PRCM_HIB_GPIO4: GPIO 4
• PRCM_HIB_GPIO13: GPIO 13
• PRCM_HIB_GPIO17: GPIO 17
• PRCM_HIB_GPIO11: GPIO 11
