Is there any documentation for CC3100MOD that shows this device has been certified to Giteki/Japan Radio Law certification?

And ANATEL certification?

Hi Randhir,

I hope all is well. Our CC3100 is not certified for Brazil (ANANTEL). We are certified for TELEC / MIC (which is Japan Certification. You can find the Japan certification on the wiki page under TELEC Certification (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC3100_&_CC3200_Radio_Certifications)

Hi Randhir.

Can you tell me if there are any plans to get the CC3100 certified in Brazil (ANATEL). Our current EAU for the CC3100 module is 2100pcs/year. I am currently researching the cost of having the test done ourselves.

We have not plans to perform ANATEL certification.

suggest here that you may want to check with a local test house or the Brazilian regulatory authority on if they will accept a TELEC, IC or CE report - i can see on FCC web there is not Mutual Recognition Agreement between US and Brazil (like there are with other countries)
