Hi community!

I was following doc HAP_Quick_Start_Guide and using Homekit plugin version hap_cc3220_1_40_01_05 and I have problem at step "Provision the Accessory", the WAC procedure always failed, screen display An expected eror occured" , I tried to change the iOS devices and Wifi network but it's not solved.

P/S: I don't have Apple IC authen.

This would explain the error you are seeing. The WAC provisioning process (as used in the 1.40 HAP plugin) requires an Apple Authentication co-processor companion IC.

My project run on original source code Blink on installation path, and on doc Quick Start Guide has written: "The HAP protocol, and specifically the HAPEngine_create() API, allows for development without the MFi coprocessor"

Yes, that is correct for the HAP protocol, however the provisioning phase (WAC) does requires the coprocessor. If you do not have this at this time during development, you would not be able to perform WAC provisioning and would have to add a WiFi profile using an alternative method, for example, by using sl_WlanProfileAdd() or sl_WlanConnect().
