Are Energy Trace features supported by CC3220 ?

In case of positive answer, what are the requirements (CCS version, XD110 software package version, etc.) ?

Are you sure ?
We need a clear answer from TI for our industrial project.

Your claim is contradictory with current TI official documentation : section 3.6.2.2 from www.ti.com/.../sprui94.pdf
"EnergyTrace is only available on single-core Cortex M devices at this time. This includes the MSP432, CC13/26xx, CC31/32xx, and the TM4C family of devices."

Could you please give us a firm and solid (definitive) answer from TI related to this ?

You are right. It is supported as it says.

You can use XDS110 probe + ET HDR with CC3220 to get EnergyTrace.
