In document swru465 , chapter 15.5 there is a link to the Power Management framework software documentation, but it redirects to a cc3200 document.
HAL Drivers described there do not exist in the simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_1_50_00_06.
It seems that this is integrated in the new TI/drivers. We need using the driverlib drivers instead of the incomplete new drivers. Does TI implement a CC3220 power framework planned in the near future?
